The Path Forward Fund

Help us build the foundation for what comes next.

Housing to Hope Initiative is building a network designed to connect neighbors, businesses, organizations, employers, housing partners, mentors, and community leaders around shared opportunities and resources.

The Path Forward Fund helps us put the foundation in place to move that vision forward. Contributions may support organizational development, technology and systems, community outreach, network development, early program planning, professional services, and other costs associated with building Housing to Hope responsibly and sustainably.

Every contribution helps us take another step toward creating a stronger, more connected network where people and organizations can find a place to start and a path to rise.
